This ‘field’ is exploding with people offering many types of services. And it looks to continue like this for quite some time. Think about it: There is SO much one can do with their business online. With Facebook getting nervous about Google coming into their space it is obvious just how important social media is becoming in both the domestic and commercial arenas. A social media manager must be more than just a Facebook or Twitter fan. As mentioned just one bad tweet could ruin a company so marketing skills as well as social know how is essential for such a role.
