Well, I’ve been playing with it since literally the minute it was released, but I haven’t seen any results yet, except one losing Adwords campaign. Frustration level is rising. Have I been taken again? Quite frankly, I’m sick and tired of losing money, and I had really hoped that DJK was going to be the answer.

    Hi Mark,

I bought the day job killer as soon as it come out. I have been glued to it since! it looks promissing BUT I did have to read it about four times before I could understand it properly. I have plenty of questions I would like to post on your blog about djk but I will wait until the are a few more posts!

    Thanks.

ps. my website url probably is’nt worth looking on cause its only full of adsense…nothing too interesting here!

I didn’t purchase DKJ because I think you really have to know what you are doing or it won’t work for you. I purchased Project X and 90% of the program I didn’t understand. It was a waste of $ 67.00 so why would I purchase DJK. If you are fairly new don’t waste your money.

Well, my opinion of DJK is simple:
It’s NOT recommended. Unless you’re ready to jump into PPC yet, which most of the new people online aren’t, DJK needs to be avoided. Just like APX, I think the best lesson that can be learned from DJK is about the power of a $60,000 sales letter and tons of JV partner.
Quite frankly, I question the ethics of Chris. How in the world am I supposed to believe that this is the “guru killer (like the others, mind you), when every guru I know is trying to have me buy it for a small chunk of change?

The sales letter is yet again over-hyped, and the writing skill and level of the book itself is rather disturbing low.

I’m sorry if this sounds too harsh, but I’ve had it with the programs of people who come out with a new product launch every few weeks or months. Why not just add to the previous one and update it? Oh yeah…that doesn’t put any money in the millionaire’s pocket does it?

Hi,Mark I wold like to say that for the past month I’ve been recieving a lot of invitations to look at djk and after reading the full introduction being a newbie on the net I feel that I wouldn’t have enough knowledge on how to apply such a program unless I could get help from someone like you.

I just purchased both DJK and Project X hoping they would be the thing Ive been missing in all the other programs Ive bought that promised to be “the final” one I’d ever have to buy. Said it was for seasoned professionals and newbies alike. Well, I’m a total newbie and some of the steps it says to take are difficult for me to understand. I think the writer thought that some of the terms and information about Google Adwords were understandable by anyone, but I’m not sure what he’s talking about regarding how to “steal” other ads and so on. All the stuff about Adwords was hard for me, and I’m not sure where to even start with that. That whole area was a bit foreign to me. I think I personally need a true step 1, step 2, step 3 kind of thing. Also, I’m more of a visual person, as I’m sure a lot of people are, and so there was a whole lot of stuff to go through that would maybe be easier to understand if we could actually see it being done.

On the other hand, I did have my eyes opened I think to some of the other crap we’ve been handed by the people who profess to want to help us all.

I’m going to have to read both books several more times before thoroughly understanding it all (maybe not even then), but I’m willing to give it a shot.

    Hi Mark,

Yes i bought the manual, and i’ve read it from cover to cover…twice!

It all makes perfectly sense to me, no doubt about that. It isn’t for absolute newbie’s, I admit that, you do need to know what you are doing, but heck, isn’t this with every business you do? At least for me, I found a few gems that will propel my business to the next few levels… great read, good product, real value…finally!

    Hi Mark,
I feel the frustration as well. I’m not ready to say I’ve been scammed again but I agree with the thought that the “guru’s” seem to take for granted that we newbies understand all the techno babble, very frustrating. Also, I whish just once one of these dopes would come clean and tell us upfront before we buy thier book that you need a small fortune in advertising to be able to compete.I especially like the 2 week wait after you buy the book and then the email that you’ve been “chosen” to be mentored by a “guru”. Ecept they leave out that it will cost you 4000 bucks. Is’nt that why I bought the book?

I really debated with myself whether or not djk was just another over-hyped launch. However, curiousity got the better of me and I went ahead and purchsed it not long after it was launced.

I’ve managed to read through it once and I thought the techniques were outright cunning but maybe too technical for newbies to grasp. However, I did find it refreshing and well written.

Bottom line? Over-hyped and over priced. But I do plan on using some of the techniques as I see fit and see what results I get.

This is a great value for anyone who wants a few great new strategies to make money with Adwords. I flat out thing this book is amazing. There are dozens of places to learn the basics of Adwords, but very few places to find advanced techniques. Do what it takes to understand what Chris has to say in this book…you will be glad you did.

    Hey Mark,

Your dedicated fan and loyal student here, the “Crazy Ex-Enron Guy”…

I was able to dip into the new devastating tactics in Chris’s Day Job Killer just yesterday, but before even doingso, I wanted to test out the market and response via one of my existing niche blog sites ( http://show–me.com/?i=103401/MFblog ), on MP3 Download Sites Review….

And..well Good Lord!!,…just using some basic Web 2.0 tactics and merely having a catchy text link to not only the “Day Job Killer”, but to “Affiliate Project X”,…..my site traffic had more than doubled,….and is growin’ like a friggin weed! I freakin’ luv it!

..And this response is from an unrelated niche altogether!
Friggin Unreal, man!…..That just goes to show the power of the “viral buzz” and how curiousity kills the cat! ;) hehehe!!

I plan on puttin a couple Google Ads out there tonite using some Affiliate Project X tactics and Chris’s killer new domination strategies.

    I’ll keep ya posted.

    Cheers for now,

    Alain (Alan) Diza,
    The Crazy Ex-Enron Guy……yeah!

The jury is still out for me. I think taking one method or idea at a time is best–go slow and absorb then apply.
It took some time but Project X starting clicking. I use it on my new website.

    Hi folks,

This is my first visit to Mark’s blog and after reading some comments regarding the level of expertise required to fully implement Affiliate Project X as well as DJK, you may want to consider looking into what I had previously launched before (shortly after the original APX went live).

Since then, I’ve pulled it off to see any results from my members and I must say it looks quite promising :-)

Now, it’s back on re-launch. And yes…Iknow the name given sounds quite cheesy, but it liteally means what it says!

The link’s on my URL if you’re interested.

Good luck in your on-line achievement!

I am pretty new to adword so some of the book was hard to understand but oh well. It is full of information that if applied could make anyone money. What some of you negetive people need to understand is that there isn’t this one SECRET way to make money out there, you learn multiple methods and use them to build your cashflow. If there was ONE big way guaranteed to make everyone money than everyone in the world would be doing that so obviously there isn’t. They guy shared great info in this book and so what if he made TONS of money off of it, who doesn’t want to make tons of money…

Being new to this world, I thought this would be something like a DJK for Dummies about the best and secret ways to succeed in this business. I wasn’t expecting immediate or fast results, but a simple guide to take me through the paces ensuring positive results.

Unfortunately, from the first paragraph onward to page 40 everything was total gibberish (or alike Chinese or some deep amazonian dialect)to me.

I requested a refund under the a few days old 2 full months guarantee and got my refund inside 24 hours.

    Thank god!

I had purchased APX back in December and was going to buy DJK upon release - I must say the sales pages are absolute masterpieces!

But I decided NOT to purchase DJK. The reason? It simply occured to me that once these marketing tactics become known to the masses, everyone is doing it!

Check out any popular ebook on clickbank. Do a Google search for the product, and you will find a ton of competition employing the APX strategies.

Its really very simple. If a guru is promoting a marketing tactics handbook (which is exactly what DJK and APX are), those tactics will have already run their course. I guarantee you the Chris is not using the Leech Method anymore. Can you see him competing against 20 other affiliates using the same marketing strategy?

To be successful in affiliate marketing - YOU HAVE TO THINK FOR YOURSELF!!! If you can’t, and are simply waiting for others to tell you how to do it, then you will be mediocre at best.

Sorry if this sounds harsh, but its just how I feel.

One thing interesting that is happening now is that Chris from Project X and Day Job Killer is launching a new automated system for making money with Adwords as an Affiliate.

Chris has email me his product review.

Check out my review at http://google.nemesisreviewed.com

Let me know what you think.

    Thanks,
