A person who believes they are successful will look at an undesirable result and ask themselves, “What can I change to make this better?” Or maybe, “What can I do different?”

But they will never, ever ask “Why is it always me?” Or “How come I have all the bad luck?” They won’t even ask, “What did I do wrong?” because if you come from a place of confidence, (make sure you know the difference between confidence and arrogance too!), you cannot do anything “wrong.” And instinctively, you’ll try something new.

Action will turn into results, and ultimately success. Inaction, paralysis and fear (that you can’t make it or you’re not good enough), will kill your business - and your spirit.

And that would be a tragedy.

Now go forth and become a master of YOUR success!

    Hi Mark,

This was a good article. I think, what you are saying is absolutely correct. I think what your are trying to convey is ‘thought without action is zero’.

I enjoyed this article and I know it is right on. I recently recovered from blindness and two diseases that are usually fatal using guided visualization. I had repeated near death experiences for 4 and 1/2 years, then recovered in 3 and 1/2 months.

In order to accomplish this feat I had to change my focus from being sick to being healthy in spite of the men in white coats. To put in other words, I had to change from being a victum to being a winner.
I can personally tell you that Trevor’s comment “Success will come - if you believe at your core that you are a successful person. If you live in doubt, anxiety and have a “What me? Who are you kidding?” attitude then you’re not going to make it.”
I changed my mind and changed my life.

Hey Mark - Yes nice article thankyou very much. Positive thinking is from my experience a must have attribute. Along with thinking outside the box or Nine dots. How do Millionaire’s create successful businesses ? Usually by initially creating unsuccessful businesses but then creating new One’s with the benefit of learning from previous mistakes. So positive thinking does have the ability in turning mistakes and failure into a good thing - just as long as we learn from it. Kindest Regards, Graham Price

    Hi Mark,

Yep I seem to be doing it all wrong, so I must be doing it correctly, not made a penny yet so I must be getting closer to becoming successful, got involved with Andrew Reynolds tried to keep the cost down, but now want’s thousands to make me money, I’ve received products from him with Gold licences for attending Bournemouth and Brighton Bootcamp’s not done anything with them as I feel I need some help which Mr Reynolds doe’s not want to do.
Anyway apart from that yep your words are spot on Regards Peter Constable.

    Hi Peter,

A quick suggestion. STOP buying products, mine, Andrew’s whoever. You obviously have the knowledge at this stage. Just write out a simple daily plan and follow it religiously otherwise you are just going to suffer from information overload.

    Regards,
    Mark

    Hi Peter
I attended Andrew Reynolds’ in Bournemouth too. Mark is right - information overload is the danger - beware of thinking it’s the technique that “causes” success! All those guys who spoke there have very different approaches to making money, but they share one thing in common - they believe in their ability to succeed!

Also, you might consider turning your question on its head. Instead of asking “How can I make money?” try re-framing it as, “What can I give/do/offer that has value?” Then folks will flood your bank account with cash!

    All good things
    Trevor.

Just want to add here is a formula you need to remember

Traffic + Squeeze Page + Product To Sell.

You can always be tweaking these 3 things but no matter what you do online be working to generate traffic to your squeeze page & thus visitors to your products sales page.

Great info Mark and Trevor. Not often you hear IM’ers tell people “you’ve bought enough, now go ACT”. Very refreshing - and why I love this blog.

Might I add that incorporating keyword targeted content (I’m using Adwords Analyzer currently)throughout the squeeze page is a great way to generate that much needed traffic, along with a good linking campaign. Tweak away, and “just do it”.

    Best to you…

There was some real great help and informational tips in your blog. I write articles with simular content and all I can say is I wish I would have thought of some of the things you came up with.

    Hey, John

Thanks for the compliment - and be proud of your own thoughts and ideas too!

It’s our originality that gives us our resourcefulness.

I once took a creative writing class where I was told that all stories are based on the same 12 basic plots. I thought, “What’s the point of writing another story if they’re all just the same 12 stories repeated over and over?”

    And then I got it.

We never get bored with those 12 plots because the originality is in the way it’s told. No two authors will ever experience something exactly the same way.

And it’s not only stories, (books, movies - you name it) that we buy. Your customers will buy from you because there’s only one you - not because you said something someone else thought of!

    Value comes from within!

Keep writing, John, & good luck!
    Trevor.
