Hey Mark,
Using teleseminars is a great way to build your list. I actually enjoy dong webinars opposed to teleseminars. I guess I have had too many phones die in the middle of teleseminars that I learned online web based webinars was the way to go.

Nice post and I hope people get unafraid of teleseminars and webinars
