Any business is difficult to run, but when you do your business online, it takes a lot of contact with potential customers before they trust you enough to give you their money. There are 7 Key Steps to remember when using Auto Responders.

Set a Proper Schedule

The first e-mail contact with any potential client is the most important. Make sure you understand the best schedule to make second, third and fourth contacts until you eventually land the sale.

Get To Know Your Potential Clients

Sending an Auto Responder is more than just setting a schedule and letting it go. Use the Auto Responders to “get to know” your potential client. Ask additional follow-up questions to get more information needed to close the deal.

Bribe Your Potential Client

Bribery never hurts a sale. Send gifts through your auto responder. These free gifts could be anything but the simplest to send are discount coupons.

Keep it Personal

The best way to make a sale is to make a friend. Instead of using automatic canned templates, personalize the responders.

Re-Assure

Avoid any doubts with your potential clients. Use the Auto Responder to assure them of the quality of your product or service.

Build Your Client List

Auto Responders can help you build your list without having to SPAM anyone. They provide the ability to automatically send an email reply to anyone who has signed up on your website, thereby giving you permission.

Shop Around

There are Free Auto Responders available, but they are typically free because they are supported by ads that your potential clients will be forced to see. The best Auto Responder systems come with a fee, but offer a much higher quality and speed of service.

I use Aweber & I highly recommend there services.

When Auto Responders are used correctly, they can make as well as save your company money. Use them as your automated sales force and keep your business growing.

7 Steps To Raise Your Internet Business Profits

Posted by Mark Flavin

There are many ways to bring your income to the next level, and it all relies on just a little work that you can take anytime. So what do you need to take action on for your online business venture?

Here are a few ways you can create a greater stream of income through your own Internet Marketing:

1. Publish an e-zine
Have you started publishing your own e-zines yet? E-zines are newsletters that you send out every few days for your subscribers so that they can read and gain information from.

E-zines can also help you improve the relationship between you and your subscribers, sell your products, and promote any affiliated programs. As many gurus have mentioned, “the gold’s in the list”.

2. Publish testimonials
Testimonials can greatly increase your sales as it works like a proof – that the products you sell works. No one wants to buy junk, people are skeptical with anything that includes money.

So clear off the doubt in your visitors and show them the proof, testimonials from your customers, and that will greatly increase trust which eventually leads to profit.

3. Write articles
When is the last time you have written articles to be published in article directories? These articles you’ve written and submitted will be seen by thousands and thousands of people, and sometimes if your articles are good they’ll be used and published on websites.

This way, you can drive tons and tons of traffic to your site without cost at all, and every visitor are potential buyers.

4. Tracking your advertising

It is important that you track your advertising. If you have involved in Pay-Per-Click advertising like Google Adwords or Overture, you can clear off the ineffective keywords, and only bid on more profitable keywords that brings you profit.

5. Offering a guarantee
This is extremely important. 70% of people who sees no guarantee will leave the sales page just because they’re not convinced! If your product delivers well, why won’t you offer a guarantee?

You must earn your visitor’s trust, only then will they be comfortable in investing their money for your product.

6. Promote your own affiliate program

Whenever you have the chance to do so, execute the plan. Many times people will not have the urge to take action until they are asked to do so. Try to emphasize the benefits over and over again about affiliating your product, provide sufficient tools, and you’ll be receiving a whole lot more in your profits.

7. Publish an affiliate newsletter
Once you have gotten your affiliates, you can’t let them do it all by themselves. Provide them an affiliate newsletter, share affiliate tips and strategies with them so that they can successfully promote your product.

If you haven’t included these steps in your online business venture, make sure you’ll grab hold of it right now and execute them right away to multiply your revenues.

Till next time

The fastest way to build an online business.

Ok lets forget the fluff & introductions and get straight to it.

The fastest way to build an online business is to find a niche of hot buyers & promote other peoples products to them for high commissions!!

These are going to be the two most important things you will learn about:
List Building &
Affiliate Programs

List Building

When I say list building what I mean is the collecting of peoples name & email address who are interested in what you have to offer. So for example at my site www.UnorthodoxTraffic.com you can see how I collect the name & email address of people interested in driving traffic to their websites. (sidenote: you must comply with the can-spam act, you can read about it here)

When I say affiliate program I mean An arrangement in which a company pays you a percentage of the sale for every online customer they get though a link from your website to theirs. For example I pay my Unorthodox Traffic affiliates 75% of the commission when they make a sale of my Unorthodox Traffic product.

So lets get started you need to join an affiliate program & get an autoresponder so you can collect subscribers name & address’s.

Step 1: Join an affiliate program
There are literally thousands of affiliate programs you can join - here are some of the major affiliate providers.
Commission Junction
Linkshare
Clickbank (highly reccommended: I use them myself)

Why I like clickbank so much?

Clickbank is easy to use. I run my Unorthodox Traffic affiliate program using them. It’s free to join & if you create your own product you can sell it via clickbank for very little. I highly reccommend them.

Step 2: Get an autoresponder

There are a lot of autoresponders out there. Currently I am using arp3 on my own servers. This can be a bit expensive for people just starting out. If your budget is low then use aweber. They may be cheap but they are by far the best online autoresponder. Click here to check them out

Step 3: Get a webhost

There cheap, yet they have all the features you need & a great customer support team. There called Hostgator

Ok i’ll give you some time to get these steps done & on Wednesday we will look at building a page to collect email address & how to promote the affiliate program you joined.

By the way if you want to promote Unorthodox Traffic I will let you know all about the huge 75% commission and much more on Wednesday.

Till Then.
Mark
