For the video game niche Youtube is a great way to get traffic. The new call of duty just launched the other day & right now people are searching for tips & tricks for that game. So if you’ve got any good tips & strategies for call of duty then do a video on that & make sure to include your link in the video description & in the video itself. Basically creating a name for yourself & your blog on YouTube by supplying good content to gamers will get you lots of traffic.

will get your website/blog noticed and linked to as well as the expedient use of a question or two that allows your url, gets really good and volume links.
I have also identified the questions on my website as they are as good as reviews and the links to Yahoo are good as well.

Excellent video and from what I’ve learned lately there are hundreds of these little ways to get traffic. Some will produce more than others but if you look at the overall picture every little bit starts to accumulate into something substantial as to the amount of traffic that you are getting. The trick is learning how to do this stuff fast so that it does not become a tedious chore and a time consuming enterprise that leaves you mentally exhausted every time you want to upgrade the stuff you have already posted.

uhm, weird thing, you got almost 6000 unique a month and your alexa is under 100,000 ? did you do some fake hit to alexa or it’s just normal ?
I don’t pay much attention to alexa rankings but I presume they get their traffic stats from the alexa tool bar. If so I’d imagine it wouldn’t be very accurate.
